After an order is canceled and customer wants to return or replace the product, anyra.com.bd will collect the canceled product or replace the canceled product with a new one within 5 working days inside the city and 10 working days outside the city

Therefore, anyra.com.bd always runs Quality Control checks after receiving the ordered product from the authorized vendors. anyra.com.bd reserves all rights to cancel any order of the customer after finding any quality issue from Quality Control checks of the ordered product, as we aim to give our customers the best online shopping experience.
anyra.com.bd also reserves all rights to cancel any order if the ordered product is unavailable or if it is out-of-stock. Product unavailability cannot be predetermined or predicted by the website, whether it is due to unavoidable inventory management issues, website management issues, vendor stock update issues, or any other unpredictable reason.
Refund Policy
anyra.com.bd will process your refund according to the following refund types
• Refund from returns: Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
• Refunds from cancelled orders: Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
• Refunds from failed deliveries: Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.
Debit or Credit Card Payment Reversal - 10 working days
Mobile Wallet Reversal - 7 working days
Note: Refund timeline excludes weekends and public holidays. The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
